Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are custom-made to order based on your selected vehicle, materials, and specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selections made by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.


Production & Custom Orders

All orders are made to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all vehicle details and selections are correct before placing an order.


International Orders

All international orders are final sale.

Due to shipping costs, customs fees, and international logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will resolve the issue as outlined above.


Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen transit issues.
